About the Kountze EDC

Kountze Economic Development Corporation was established April 1995 by the City of Kountze to grow the business district of the Kountze area.

Our mission today has not changed but has expanded to infrastructure and tourism. We continue our efforts to bring business and industrial commerce into our community. We wish to bring growth and opportunity to our community, but with growth comes expenses and we work alongside the City to accommodate these issues.

We welcome all our community to express ideas and opinions because your interests are our priorities. We hope here at the EDC that we can bring prosperity to our community.
